The concentrate can be used directly from the bottle or diluted into a foaming or liquid pump.
Diluting the concentrate into a pump will help make it go further and last longer. A standard dilution for a pump is one part concentrate and three parts water. However, the rate of dilution can be varied to suit personal reference. For example, a stronger aroma will be achieved by using a one to one dilution. Distilled water will help preserve the clarity of the solution. Tap water may contain minerals that create cloudiness but this will not affect the quality of the soap. A 300mL bottle of concentrate can be used to refill a pump between two and three times.
The undiluted concentrate works well for use as a hair shampoo, for general cleaning, in washing machines, as a dog wash and any other application in which a smaller amount of more concentrated soap is helpful.
